Shikinejima is an island located at about 150 kilometers from Tokyo, and is part of the Isu Seven Islands. This island is specially known for its onsen - Japanese thermal baths -, beaches and sceneries.

Here are some of the onsen, which are usually located just next to the sea.

But the island itself is really nice...

Unfortunately, going there on May was a little bit too early... to swim in the ocean!
