Although this trip's goal was almost exclusively to join the ICOS meeting, a couple of days were used to visit a little bit this great country. It's hard to resume in a couple of lines the place there... but let's just say that the scenery is incredible, people very nice and friendly, and that food and wine really good...

It's really far from everywhere... even Australia!

But there is still a strong influence from England.

So... you know what you need to organize an international chemical meeting?

First... a chairman! And University of Canterbury found one!
